1. Company Identification
The company SARL Ready to Make, registered with the RCS of Bordeaux under number 983 896 903 00017, has its registered office located at rue de Nuits, 33100 Bordeaux. Its VAT number is FR24983896903. 2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the commercial relations between SARL Ready to Make and its professional customers for the sale of sewing pattern folders.
3. Products sold
The products offered for sale are sewing pattern folders including a pattern sheet, an assembly booklet and a label. Each folder corresponds to a unique model and is intended for sale to individuals. The use of a folder for several customers, particularly in the context of sewing classes, is prohibited.
4. Order
Any order on the SARL Ready to Make website requires the creation of a customer account. The creation of an account is subject to the provision of a SIRET number, the name of the company and the address.
5. Prix
Prices are expressed in all taxes on the website, with an applicable VAT of 20%. SARL Ready to Make reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, while specifying that the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order. Discounts or special commercial offers may be offered to resellers.
6. Payment
Payment is made by transfer or credit card when ordering.
7. Delivery and returns
Orders are shipped within 72 hours (working days Monday-Friday) by parcel excluding holiday periods, with delivery costs calculated by weight. The transfer of risks to the customer takes place upon delivery of the products to the carrier. SARL Ready to Make declines all responsibility in the event of delay or loss during delivery, these responsibilities being the responsibility of the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, there is no right of withdrawal for orders placed on the site.
9. Guarantees
SARL Ready to Make does not provide legal guarantees for the products sold.
10. Limitation of liability
SARL Ready to Make limits its liability in the event of error, interruption of service, force majeure, etc. The company will not be held liable for indirect losses (loss of turnover, image, etc.).
11. Intellectual property
The sewing patterns are protected by copyright. Their reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited. The constituent elements of the sewing pattern pockets cannot be sold separately.
12. Protection of personal data
The processing of resellers’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR. SARL Ready to Make implements data protection measures and respects users’ rights over their information.
13. Applicable law
The applicable law is French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of Bordeaux.
14. Force majeure
SARL Ready to Make is exempt from liability in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, etc.
15. 15. Modification of the T&Cs
These T&Cs may be modified at any time, with the obligation for resellers to consult them regularly.
16. Non-waiver
Failure to exercise a right or clause of the T&Cs does not mean a waiver of that right or clause.

18. Specific conditions for resellers
No minimum order is required for resellers. However, resellers are required to apply the public price of the sewing pattern envelopes provided by SARL Ready to Make.

Resellers will be informed of changes to these T&Cs and the arrival of new products by email and by consulting our website..
