General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by the company Ready to Make, with a share capital of €1000, whose registered office is located in Bordeaux, and registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 983 896 903 (hereinafter referred to as “Ready to Make”), managing the website https://ready-to-make.com, and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through the Ready to Make website, https://ready-to-make.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer.”

Article 1. Purpose

These terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between Ready to Make and the Buyer and the terms applicable to any purchase made via the website https://ready-to-make.com. Purchasing a product through this site implies the Buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before placing an order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase of products on the Ready to Make website, https://ready-to-make.com, is unrelated to their professional activity and is strictly for personal use. The Buyer also affirms that they have full legal capacity to engage under these general terms and conditions of sale.

Ready to Make reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with new regulations or to improve the use of its site. Consequently, the terms applicable will be those in effect on the date of the order by the Buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the Ready to Make website, https://ready-to-make.com, subject to availability. Ready to Make reserves the right to modify the range of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description of its main technical characteristics (size, composition, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller.

Article 3. Pricing

The prices listed on the product pages of the website are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), based on the VAT rate applicable at the time of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Ready to Make reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the Buyer. The prices do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition to the price of the purchased products, based on the total weight of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order of €80 or more (TTC), shipping to a pick-up point is free.

Article 4. Order and Payment Methods

To place an order, the Buyer must create an account on the website https://ready-to-make.com. The account creation section is accessible directly to the right of the menu bar. On each visit, the Buyer must log in using this information if they wish to order or check their account (order status, profile, etc.). Ready to Make offers the Buyer the option to order and pay for their products in several steps through secure payment via Paypal or credit card. The Buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” modifies them if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), verifies the delivery and billing address, or provides a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and shown to the Buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The Buyer then selects their preferred payment method (“Pay via Paypal”). The next step allows the Buyer to review all information, accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and confirm their order by clicking the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the Buyer is redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface to safely enter their Paypal account or credit card details. If payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is finalized. Payment via Paypal or credit card is irrevocable.

Order confirmation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, acknowledgment of having read them fully, and waiver of any contrary purchasing conditions. All data provided and the confirmed order will serve as proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has provided an email address, Ready to Make will send the order confirmation by email.

If the Buyer wishes to contact Ready to Make, they can do so via email at: contact@ready-to-make.com

Article 5. Retention of Title

Ready to Make retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment is received, including the principal, fees, and taxes.

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund, without penalty, except for return shipping costs.

The products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. To establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the products, the Buyer may only handle and inspect them in a manner permitted in a store.

PDF patterns and cut fabric are excluded from the return policy. Digital products that are immediately usable and cut fabrics are not refundable or exchangeable.

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographic area. Orders are shipped by La Poste via COLISSIMO and Mondial Relay, a tracked delivery service without signature. Delivery times are for informational purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the Buyer will be refunded. Ready to Make may provide the Buyer with the tracking number by email. The risks associated with shipping are the responsibility of the Buyer once the items leave Ready to Make’s premises. The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and contents in the presence of the postal worker or delivery driver upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8. Warranty
